We were the first people to buy from this developer which gave us the opportunity to pick the best one. We purchased off-plan but due to personal circumstances, have to sell it.
Our apartment has unrestricted views towards the Greek Islands of Lipso, Leros, Kalimnos and Patmos and are unrestricted due to the protected Olive Grove where you cannot build.
The apartment is south westerly facing which ensures a magnificent sunset every night.
We live in a villa only 100 metres from this development.
The town has a new marina which cost 40 million pounds and will inevitably bring a lot of money into the town.
Title deeds have already been issued to many of the residents so no problems there.
The apartment is brand new and has not been lived in.
We have not paid our last payment of £2,000. We spoke with the developer and told him of our predicament. He said we can sell the apartment to someone as long as he gets his money from the sale - the title deed will go directly to the new owner.
